Zoe was in Agility Prep class about a year ago. Then it was all conformation until early this month. Tonight we attended the first Novice 1 Agility class. It went pretty well, although the trainers want Zoe to be more interested in playing with toys as a motivation. She also was rather unsure about entering tunnels, but did perform them after a bit of coaxing. What she really wanted to do was to go on the dog walk, the teeter, and the A-frame. She did get to do the dog walk, but the others will have to wait.
So . . . I need to bring the jumps, the tunnel, the weave poles, and the teeter back into the back yard and hope the Lab does not destroy them. Zoe just loves agility - quite the opposite of conformation. Now if I could just be more agile!
