Is it a metal blade or ceramic? I'm pretty sure ceramic is done for if you drop it, but you may be able to find a video to help you fix a steel blade. You could also try sending it off. There's one sharpener that has several videos on his website showing how to do clipper blade maintenence at home.
You'll probably have to send it off for service. Yes they can be fixed so thats good news Ceramic blades can be fixed also they aren't done for so to speak if you drop them. If you can find a local sharpener in your area to fix it I suppose that would be ideal. I send mine to Ryans and this is BAD time of year to do so. Every last minute groomer in the country is trying to get blades and shears ready for the christmas rush lol (me included). It's usualy in the neighborhood of five bucks or so per blade by the way
