Saffy was let out of the Kitchen today, outside, outside where there is not proper fencing. I got home about 6 pm today, and wondered where Saffy was. After calling her for 10 minutes, she turned up like this:doh::
I couldn't believe it! I only bathed her on Friday! And to make matters worse, at my house, I don't have the proper facilities to actually bath her, so I put her in the bath to get the majority of the dirt off, and then put my togs on, and hopped in the shower with her. I had to hold her in one arm, and then wash her under the shower head with the other, as the head is like 2 metres above the ground of the shower. I really don't have the energy to dry her properly at the moment, so I just towel dried her, so she'll have to look like an Irish Water Spaniel for a week, until she goes in to FD for her proper groom.
This is what she looked like after

She doesn't look as bad in the first photo as she was. She had dirt and sticks etc. all through her coat, especially her back, and she smelled really bad.

She looks like the above now, why can't she look like whats below???

Aw, but wouldn't it have been fun to watch her when she was doing it? I bet she had a blast!
Lol, I know she had so much fun, but I only could smile when I saw her.
But that wasn't what was annoying, it was the fact that she was let out of the locked up area where I left her, and was able to free roam off our property, luckily we live next to a government reserve, so she wouldn't have come across anyone. I have often thought about following her, but she would probably realise I was, and then wouldn't want to go, but rather play with me or something.
