Hi - I have pretty much decided to try Evo - but I need to know how to wean them off the other food. I thought someone had posted that a while ago but I can't find. Can anyone help? Thanks

PS I notice on the dog food analysis there are no reviews for the canned food. I usuall give them each a half of a can to make the kibble more appetizing and less dry. Anyone know if the Evo canned food is ok? Or what do you recommend?

I think you slowly mix the new food into the old. Every day a little more of one and less of the other. After a week or two they should be switched.

thanks! I always noticed that Ginger's coat was a little dull - maybe it wil perk up now!

I agree with Jako, slowly mix the new food with the old, with a little more of the new and less then the old on a daily basis. Anyway thats the way we've done it and it worked fine for us. We did it in a matter of about a week.

The Evo canned food should be good as well. I would do what ever works best for you. Great choice of food by the way. :high5:
