My little Gobber is growing up, he's been cute, but now he's getting just plain handsome! I've decided to grow his coat, top knot, and all that jazz out to practice caring for a show coat, or just long coat.

...oh and a cute pic of Scooter, as you can see his top knot has been cut off, I discovered when I brought him home the people that had him thought they was doing him a favor and getting the hair out of his eyes and whacked half of the top knot off, ugh! Oh well, I'm just happy to have my babies back! :D:D:D

You really got some cute pictures. He does look very handsome. He want's to be a calendar guy, so his show coat is quite necessary! You'll have a blast trying new styles on him. OK...I know you will do the show coat first. I just think he will look good in anything.

You gave me some great ideas for photos to take of little Zulee.

Cash still looks like a sweet puppy. I use my girl Lucy for practicing the Continental on before I'll even touch Bindi's coat. With mine plus Mom's poodles I have my own little grooming shop to try out lots of cuts and products.

I can not believe the people who had them cut his hair, gave him a collar... sounds like stories I've heard of dogs stopping by other peoples houses and them taking them inside and not letting them go! CRAZY!!!

Cute, but I can't believe in the short time they had him they cut his fur!? How odd...
My husband told me to get over it because I had him back and that was all that mattered, but yes I agree...very odd indeed. :hmmmm:

Scooter's top knot wasn't growing too well anyways to begin with, now I have to re grow it all over again, ugh!

Thanks guys! At the general store I work with we carry silk flower arrangements and if some of the flowers fall off into the floor they
just throw them away so I started collecting them in my apron pocket,
so that's how the pic of scooter and the flower on his head came about. :)

That happened to me long ago. We had a purebred dalmation puppy that got loose from the yard. I contacted all the vets I could around where we lived and put up signs everywhere. 1 1/2 years later I was driving up our street (a way I don't normally go) and saw a young dalmation that looked exactly like our Jigsaw. I grabbed some photos of him and would pass by that house as often as I could. They didn't let the dog out very often, but one day I finally got another good look at him and sure enough, he had the exact same spots on the face. I'm not a confrontational person, and didn't even know how I could prove he was originally ours, so I didn't do anything. We were preparing to move overseas anyways and couldn't have taken him.

That's just BAD!! I can't believe that people can do that without any conscience about it!

Cash is just too cute! I so love the photo of him in the tulle. And, I love the photo of Scooter with the flower on his head.

Imagine that! They cut his hair in just a few days without even knowing who he belonged to! Amazing!

Thanks, I love doing creative shoots with animals most of all...maybe I should make a calendar, lol!

I seen the lady who had him yesterday in the store (Im a cashier there) and I thanked her again, she said they let their shih tzu outside just yesterday and her daughter caught someone attempting to steal it by trying to call her to the car. Ridiculous!!!!!
