One of the reasons we decided to wait for our puppy (Ready this Sept.) is that I wanted to give hubby enough time to grieve from Katie's passing. She is the first dog that he has really been attached to.

I caught him taking a nap the other day in his big comfy chair, a little blanky, and a little black poodle beanie baby peaking out of the covers. How cute! He's ready for Zulee to come home and take naps with him. I hope there is a girl in the litter. Two more weeks. . .

Awww so sweet! I can't wait for you to get your pup :)
My boyfriend was so opposed to me getting Snoops... "ugh! A little fluffy froo froo poodle" haha! Well much to his surprise, he is hopelessly in love with little Snoopers. He even sacrifices his tough guy image and lets Snoops sit on his lap while driving.
Everybody loves a poodle :)

guys are so cute how they try and hide their love of of 'froofy' dogs or even any dogs. My boyfriend is so worried he won't even like Zephyr, pfft, he'll fall in love and I'll catch him snuggling.

September! what a long wait, that must be hard.

Finghin,

I envy you getting to have your baby this weekend. Give him extra cuddles for me.

It is a long time and it keeps getting longer instead of shorter. :mmph: It is giving me extra motivation to get the house organized. I don't want puppy getting into things she shouldn't. Today, I estimate she is 50 days old in the womb. :D

My h is such a manly man too...but such a softie around animals. You should see him with my mom's Bichon...that dog thinks the sun rises and sets with him and he lets her think it!

She visits with us when my parents are out of town and if my h is sitting down, Lily is in his lap tummy up!
