I have a squeaky dragon toy that lives in my office for when Archie comes to work with me. When people come to the door of my office, Archie rushes up to the baby gate with his toy and hopes that they will play. Of course, as soon as they're gone, he assumes it's my job to take the toy whether they play with him or not...

Oh well, a squeaky dragon is not a bad distraction for a Friday afternoon.

Ohhh, Archie is so cute with his toy... How can anyone resist that face ?
...Which is precisely why he doesn't really understand "Enough!" at home. It's supposed to be the word that means playtime is over, but he usually just responds by somehow making his eyes look rounder and cuter and then I throw the toy for him again anyway.

I definitely am lucky to be able to bring him. It's funny, the company I work for is actually huge and the building I work out of is the only one that allows dogs, because they were pet-friendly before they got acquired by our parent company and were grandfathered in. I wish more workplaces were pet-friendly -- it definitely helps!
