Does anyone know any reputable toy poodle breeders in British Columbia or Washington state?

I reside in Vancouver, BC and willing to drive a few hours to get my perfect healthy toy poodle.
Moreover, I would like to know what kind of question or information I need to ask the breeder to make my decision?
