Washed and dryed. As Dolly Parton would say---The higher the hair, the closer to God I am going to wait until her first professional grooming for her fft, but these feet are killing me! It will be another month at least bc of vaccinations.

I am so new to poodles I should have asked. They had face and tail done 3 times but no feet. I am considering doing it myself but i dont want to scare her. She did not like it when I used the blow dryer on her today.
I read your description- i have 3 girls, 1 spoo puppy, one old pound puppy and a cat! So funny

What a coincidence!
You might want to start holding a buzzy something (like a toothbrush) near her feet. Make it a game. My puppy who had fft done often was such a pro. Phoebe is quite another story. She’s coming around, but really hates her front feet being shaved.

I got tired of waiting for the groomer to approve her for vaccinations, so I watched some videos and did her fft. I think the feet was her first time. She did not love it but I think she did ok!

You did a very nice job! Especially her feet! Elroy doesn't let me do his feet without a lot of complaining!

Well she was not "happy" but we took a few breaks and snuggles and she squirmed a lot and we made it through
