Why would you have to pay for an office visit? Can you not just walk in and ask for what you need?
I know a few people who have ordered from 1-800-Pet-Meds and liked it. Oh its legit, just as long as its not prescription meds or with the heart worm preventative if you skipped or missed a month then I would go to the vet.
