Second attempt not sure my first reply went through. Melatonin I use is made by Natrol and KAL - very low milligrams - look for 1 - 3mg at most. You can go dissolvable or extended release - which depends on when you want the melatonin to kick in. Dissolvable helps you fall asleep - extended release helps you stay asleep. Don't take it too close to when you have to get up (in the middle of the night) so you don't wake up drowsy. I won't try the attachments again because I think that may be why the last message was canned. And scan ingredients because some melatonin has Xylitol!
