I saw your picture of your poodle in the sweater that you made. I just had to shave my poodle down to the bone and it is winter. Is there anyway I could get that pattern. I am happy to pay for it. It looked absolutely adorable! Thank you.

    Hi Joy

I just saw your message sorry I didn't get back to you sooner. I almost never check my wall. Thank you for your lovely compliments. They are sweet girls. Betty Jo is a therapy do and we are loving it. We sure get lots of smiles. I don't know if you know but I co-breed with Cherie Perks - Arreau Standard Poodles. I'll send you a pm

    continued from previous post...
My current dog is a 9-year-old neutered male cream/apricot toy poodle, that has become a much calmer pet with training, but I know from having had a standard that they are generally less nervous naturally. I am retired and my husband will also be retired within a couple of years. And I do LOVE the dark red standard poodles. Can you tell me how most people get their pups to the U.S. and what you charge for them? Do you ever have young adults that would be suitable as therapy dogs? I love that your dogs look to retain most of their red color as adults. They would be real show-stoppers for therapy work. Thanks in advance for your reply.

Hi, I have been admiring your dogs since I joined the forum but never considered that I could get one since you are in Canada. Now I realize that others do have your pups in the U.S. I am in no hurry, but am researching and reading a lot in preparation for getting a new dog in the future to train for therapy work. Obviously I will be looking for a calm temperament, intelligent dog who loves people. I know from reading your posts that health is very important to your breeding program. ...con't...

    Hi Poodleseeker

Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner. I just read your message. Thank you for the lovely compliment. Jenny is such a sweet girl and is my kids favorite she is so very patient with them.

Jenny's cycles haven't been every six months yet so we are expecting her to go into heat in mid to late Oct (give or take). which would mean the puppies would be born in Dec. and ready to go around Feb. We are so excited about this breeding and my kids can't wait. You can be sure that these puppies will certainly be well socialized. I've been having a hard time getting my younger 2 kids to understand that they can't take the puppies in to school for show and tell as they will be too young.

    Hi Trillium,
I am on Cherie's waiting list for a Holly-Dugan puppy...but there may not be enough puppies, esp. females. She said that Jenny and Flynn may have puppies this winter. Your Jenny is gorgeous. Do you have any (very rough) idea when that birth might occur?
