Ok, so I'm still Spoo free because my kids are too small for a puppy, and I haven't found the right adult at the right time.
But I seem to do well at finding dogs on line for some reason or another break my heart.
He's got the sweetest face. Looks like a happy guy. Hope he finds a forever home.
Male standard poodle, AKC & CKC registered, 4 years old in Utica, Ohio
Teddy has been an awesome stud dog, produced some beautiful puppies. I no longer need him and would like to sell him. He is up to date on boosters and de-worming's. I will not limit the registration, he can be used for breeding. Socialized with children and farm animals.

my husband wants our next dog to be a cream colored male. we are not ready to have a second dog, yet, but i can't say seeing this poor boy didn't tug @ my heart. problem is, if the owner had this kind of attitude, what makes you think she even took the time to care for him medically? i would be so hesitant bringing him home because of his background. am i being too protective?
Yes and no. It's a risk. But usually a small one. If your dog is fully vaccinated your usually pretty safe. Not really any different then going to a dog park.
Many breeders do it all the time. It's part of working their programs and not having too many dogs to look after. I don't know why this person worded it the way they did or what they bred too - but it seems a bit coldhwell:
I would think if reputable breeders no longer use their stud dogs they would at least have them neutered!
This person obviously doesn't care about that dog, and doesn't care if he ends up in a puppy mill or any other horrible place for that matter.
I think it's very sad!
Oh I'm not in the position to take in another dog at the moment, thanks tons though cbrand! I would want Vegas to be older before introducing another dog, and know that I'd be ready for one. But I would still love to have one.
Another heartbreaker today- someone's lost spoo ad on CL. I hope he gets home & not captured for doodle breeding.
