I have never seen this brand tho the website lists Alabama. Sick of these recalls - where is the quality control?

Asta’s Mom, there is hardly any QC of human foods, pharmaceuticals anymore. Still embarrassed that all of those recalls are from a (seemingly) Texas company.

Yeah, if we barely QC our own foods and pharmaceuticals we shouldn't expect to find it in pet food either!

And for most people Salmonella is not too bad, but Listeria is a different story.

I guess there needs to be a movement somehow to put pressure on the food companies and quality control to put a stop to the slip-shod way they make food. There are so many kinds of recalls, from disease causing organisms to deficiencies in certain nutrients, to overages in certain nutrients, to chemicals and euthanasia drugs in some that are dangerous. The list goes on. How in the world can this be okay? Someone has to be forced into accountability.

Appalling that they are not marked so they cannot even be tracked!

"So, if the case has been discarded, there are no unique identification numbers on the individual chubs that allow customers to determine that they possess the recalled products." !!!!!

Thanks for posting this as I am not a subscriber.
