Isnt that cute? I love the look of cords (and dreadlocks on people) so this is a fun way to get the look without actually having to have them. They sell them for people out of wool, I believe (like in the second photo below). It probably wouldn't be too hard to make your own!

OMG my niece is making "falls" from yarn...I need to tell her to do them for dogs! I'd love one for Cookie!
