Hi Guys

Well after being AWOL for a few weeks I thought I'd put up some pics of the rapidly growing T Dog. He is nearly 11 months old now, how time flies

Topknot needs some work, but both he and I have had enough for today

About a month ago after I cut him down into some thing resembling a lamb trim. His legs are longer now and look better.

It is kinda the lighting sf but his coat does have a brown tinge to it at the moment especially his legs which are longer. His body which is only 1/2 inch is more dark grey than black these days but his legs just look dirty all the time! Can't wait for this clearing thing to happen

Thanks guys for the comments and the welcome back - I missed you all. It has just been a tad hectic here as my OH is working away and the kennels have been busy. This working full time and trying to run your own business on the side is hard work at times.

He is such a character, naughty but sooky - how can you ever stay grumpy at that!
I am not sure how much he weighs now, haven't had to go to the vet lately **Touch wood* and I deliberately don't have a battery in my scales so I can't weigh myself  I don't see any need to torture myself.

He is as tall as Locky now but definately not the weight of the GSD and never will be. He is quite fine, not sure if he is for a standard, but compared to Locky he is a lightweight.

At 11 months we've pretty much got the f,f & t clipping under control now and it only takes me about 1/2 hour without rushing to get that done so I am pleased with our progress. Certainly much easier in the lamb clip to keep him under control to, quicker to wash and dry, so not so much standing around for him which I think he appreciates.

I wish I knew passion  He is my first poo and while I wanted a silver it wasn't to be, we love him of course anyway but I hope he fades to the charcoal gray blue. I got very excited a few months back when his muzzle started to grey quite noticably, thinking he was going to be quite light if this continued, and he also has large strips of grey/silver through his ears but in the last 3 months I don't think anything has changed.

I know it can be up to 3 years before they clear entirely so I might be being just a little impatient  as he isn't even a year yet!
