I once witnessed a boy throwing a brick at a puppy tied up in a bag - I run after him but he was faster (took a bag with him too : (((((. I ran to the Police and reported him without being able to breath out of the shock and was shaking like a reed for hours and I needed MONTHS to actually erase the sounds and the sight : ((((((((((((((( That boy was probably future mass murderer or something !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Some people are just born evil ...and it is sooooo scary and horrible in every possible way

it tells you why she did it ! which IMO is not a reason at all. People threaten to kill her and her family where she lives and this is why she came forward to apologize and confess to the police !

Oh My Lord!
At that time i would have wished i had wheels for legs. I would have caught up with the kid, tackled him, band his hands together and call the police.
Some people are sickos. It's esp. disturbing to see it in kids... I was raised with respect and kindness towards animals. I think it was imprinted from my mom onto me from her love and passion of animals.
I hate seeing parents let their kids grab and pratically maul the pet... grabbing it by the neck or leg dragging it. My mom made sure we sat on the floor and pet them very gently and that we had respect for them. They were NOT toys she made it very clear.


Grrr... i'm going to watch this video... then i'm going to cross post.
I need to watch it, it's was feeds my fury to set forth change to this world. Even if it doesn't happen over night, in time i pray i live to see some progress with animal abuse.

It's time for change! Were here to speak for those who can't speak for themselves!

This is soooo wrong on so many levels - I mean, her grandma is actually one to blame the most if she told girl to do it : ((((((( and girl could be maybe forced to follow "the orders" not realizing what she is doing - how old is she ????? Just horrible OMG No, there is no real excuse , but at least she "was told that she is somehow helping" and if young enough she might think that that was the only way : ((((((((( - maybe she was "brainwashed " by her grandma , I do not know : ((((((((, I still can not watch it : ((((

The boy that I saw was a sadistic SOB that enjoyed causing the pain over and over to a helpless puppy killing it slowly : (((((((((((( .... I still can "see it all" in my head even though 20 years passed

I understand what your saying about her grand mother telling her to, she had to be raised this way, to be heartless towards animals because even though she is young (she looks about 16) in the video you hear her saying "Weee!" like the puppy is actually enjoying the ride into the river! If she can say weee then she thinks what she is doing is "fun". She has NO heart. :(

16 !!!!!???? Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooo May god help us all !!!! I thought she was 6 or 7 year old since they said "girl" !!!!! Than she was aware what she was doing , no matter what her grandma told her - once you are over 13 , you know VERY well what is wrong and what not

I had very stern grandparents and they had that old-fashioned attitude that animals are there to be of some use, or you do not have them at all . They were very rich but very cold people and with NO feelings for animals, but I still from the earliest age LOVED ALL animals and made sure they do not discover "stray kittens" in their attic or even a mouse in the shed since they would be "disposed off" for sure : ((((

They were not cruel, but not caring either *sigh, but in my childhood eyes they WERE bad : (((. I could not understand my grandpa being a hunter either and hated his "trophies" and cried my eyes out when I found stretched out rabbit "pelt" in the basement since I knew he ended in a "stew" : (((((. Maybe I was oversensitive child , I do not know ... but my point is - person CAN be born this or that way *sigh and upbringing definitely can influence the attitude but not always ...: (((.

All in all - just horrible what some people are capable of doing *sigh One can think and think and really never understand of how somebody can be so heartless and even sadistic as that boy I saw or maybe this girl also : (((((

According to this article it says:

Under Bosnian law, a person who kills or tortures animals can be slapped with fines ranging from around $19, to as much as $6,400 (15 to 5,000 euros).

So I doubt she will get any jail time.

Goodness gracious - first they say she is in Germany, now she is in Bosnia ??? I wish I have stomach to watch it since I would recognize either of those 2 languages !!!!! Maybe tomorrow *sigh... because I would not be able to sleep if I watch it now : (((((((
