I don't have any real favourite favourite recipes yet, but I'll get some together soon and send them your way whitepoodles.

They LOVED it by the way! They were so surprised and very touched. Now they want me to make their wedding cake :S

I bet they did, if this beatiful creation tasted as good as it looked and from what you say it did, then it is a WINNER.


And.. yes you should definitely make thier wedding cake, and why not.. just look at the masterpiece you have created.. I honestly thought that you are a TOP pastry chef after seeing this cake I just gasped WOW !

LOL I will gladly go back 25 years and have you do my wedding cake !!!
