Default Had a bad dream last night :(

Occassionally i have these horribly vivid dreams to where im not even sure im actually asleep. I usually wake up crying and very upset. Its a little rediculous because they are about my ex bf from about 6 years ago. He was m y first true love so maybe thats why i still dream about him. I really dont know but i have these dreams every now and then and cant really decide what it means or what brought them on.
I just know that they upset me alot and now im having abad day because it all started so bad. I wish i was still in contact with ian, it would make things easier.

Oh well just had to get that off my chest.

Hope your day gets better. I think many of us have dreams about our first loves.....they take a small part of our hearts when they go. But, hopefully the future has something better in store for you. Keep ur head up and go get some poodle love!

i dream so vividly, too. in color, no less. and i wake up very effected by the dreams and sometimes it take a day or two to shake that foggy feeling. just know that however bad it feels, it is still only a dream. something triggered it - maybe you can figure it out, maybe you can't. i find when this happens, exercise helps. even a long walk with jessie clears it up a bit faster.

Thanks guys! yeah i think i will take a walk or go to the gym after work. Tanning will help too, that always relaxes me. This one was a bad one, i think itll take a day or two to shake off. I cried all the way to work this morning, not fun. Mister just looked at me like i was a crazy person. Him and Felis always help me feel better.

I had a dream a few nights ago that was awful!

a little backstory first.
we have a fast food resturaunt that sells hot dogs, called Wiener Works. They make an awesome cheese dog. and I eat food from there at least twice a week
I had been grooming a breeder friends shih-tzus all last week (she has 13 or so adults)

So I dreamed (drempt?) that I went to wiener works and ordered 2 cheese dogs, I opened one and took a bit, and only got bun. I looked at the cheese dogs and there were shih-tzu puppies in the buns.
In the dream I wasnt even upset that they were puppies, just that there was no cheese...but I took the puppies home any way.
Then I woke up.

I need to get out more!

I just dream about work and people from work, mostly. That's not just scary, it's sad.

Dreaming about any of my exes would be a nightmare. I hope your day gets better.

Be the poodle. They have no worries. Teddy often has dreams in which he sounds like he's being eaten by a giant cat. But when he wakes up, it's like it never happened.
