We have been head deep in house hunting. I have never bought a house...and definitely never had to do the whole negotiating thing. I have always rented up until a little over a year ago when I decided it was best to move in with my elderly parents. Now with us all moving to FL, and I am in the potion that I can buy, I am buying my first home. It is both very exciting and very scary. We have a FABULOUS realtor. She has gone the extra mile, actually way more then a mile, for us. Yesterday I made my first ever offer. Now we sit and anxiously wait.

Isn't it fun? I love, love, love buying a new house. You can look at it and think, hmm, I would decorate this way and that way, the dogs could run and explore back there, and every day we'd play in that field over there... so exciting! Hope it works out just the way you want
