Some Facebook links to photos I have taken of the views and creatures in the Beautiful Montane ,wetland valley where I live. It is called Wakkerstroom which means lively water. The river that runs through is the Utaga river which means lively water in Zulu.

Thank you sooo much! For some reason, when you see photos taken by an individual who actually lives there versus in a magazine or on TV, it seems more real and tangible. I really enjoyed your photos! Your natural surroundings are AMAZING!

I got so excited when I saw your post! Love the birds! I bred birds for over 25yrs and my best friend for many years was my African Grey! I raised her from an egg and she spoke with cognizance of her words! I lost her when she was only 20 because she was born with a curved spine which affected her health eventually...Anyway, Africa is a place I always dreamed of seeing, & now I can,through your lens! More Pictures!!!!!!!!!
