ITV are apparently screening a programme about the trend for super tiny animals. Sigh.

Very irresponsible unless it was to point out potential health risks ect. of these tiny dogs. Did you read the post about someone who bought a dog for her son's Halloween costume and then turned it over to a rescue organization?
