Default It's the 3rd night in a row!

That Perry has slept out alllll night/morning while we have been house sitting and not pottied inside! No pee or poop! Hooray! I figured that while I am here at my mom's I might as well treat him like a puppy and potty train him. As annoyed with the situation I am... if I didn't try, I could only blame myself for him constantly going inside. He now goes outside, and if he doesn't potty, he goes in his crate. I try about 20 minutes later, and if he goes, he gets to be out. (The sad thing is, he knows to wait at the door when he comes in for me to put the belly band on, lol) This has also REALLY helped with him marking inside, because when he does, he goes in his crate. The belly band still catches it, but I can feel when it is wet. Yay! He is doing so well!

Because I was so proud, he got some tuna as a treat... and he loved it!

Today also marks the day that he is out of kibble, so the switch to raw begins! However, I'm pretty nervous about switching him, because he will eat next to nothing, and I don't want to be over feeding him.

While I'm at it, I might as well update on everything, right? Haha! We're having our pictures with Santa today, and rightly so, Perry's shirt says, "Dear Santa, I can explain."

I will post the pics when I get them!

Looking forward to seeing the santa photos! They usually make me laugh, as most of them show a dog looking mighty uncomfortable/ leaning away from the santa and a grumpy looking guy who didn't really realise what he'd signed up for.

I have to say, Perry was the best one while we were with Santa! He sat happily in his lap, and TQ and TheGrey were the ones not looking at the camera/moving/etc.

We get the prints on Tuesday (might be on facebook earlier, though!), so I am quite excited to see how they turned out! I meant to bring my DSLR, but forgot... however I'm glad I didn't, there's something to be said about just relaxing and letting someone else take the picture sometimes!

Annnnd, no accidents inside today, so far! (Knock on wood...) My little man is having such a good day, and he was so well behaved at the boutique, the owners were very surprised that he was just being quiet and not trying to greet everyone in the store like he normally does! (He thinks that the store is partially his, along with Minnie, Dixie, and Bella!)

4th night! Hooray!

Although, I think he was scared to pee... we found a loose dog last night, and she spent the night in one of the crates downstairs... I think he was afraid that if he peed inside, he would have to spend the night next to her in the other crate! lol

Also, no pictures yet... poo! I was hoping they would at least be on facebook today! The prints should come tomorrow!

EDIT: Oh, but we found her family this afternoon! Yay!
