Default Missing mail order

I placed a order with a company in California for some dog chews that Lexi loves. A friend of mine ordered some as well to try for her dog. I placed the order December 12. I got an email the 17th saying that they had tried twice with my email and got no reply and they were trying a different email address. I only have one email address and nothing was in my spam. The product I wanted was back ordered and they wanted to substitute something else. I emailed them straight away and asked if there would be additional shipping(they had said they weighed more) and for a picture so I could check with my friend to see if she still wanted hers. I have tried calling their number off and on for the past week and emailed them again today. They have debited my account for payment, but I can't get ahold of them and they won't resond to my email. I don't want to be ugly, but I either want a response, my chews that I ordered or my money back. How much longer do you thing I should give them? Their website said my order was shipped the 13th.

Shipped the 13th and still not there. Even with Christmas and weekends I would think it would have arrived long time ago. I am in OH, have something coming from CA that I ordered yesterday morning, that is out for delivery today. I would call them every few minutes until I got a hold of them. Have you ordered from them before? Is this a big company? How long does this company say shipping will take? Talk to your bank and explain what happened. I would debate about calling the Better Business Bureau, and definitely would if they did not contact me in the next couple days. Maybe send another email stating that you will be contacting the BBB. How very frustrating.

I am not sure that this is the same place that I order from but it is one of the places where people have been buying "claws" without mentioning names. I placed an order and my credit card was billed and then refunded. When I tried to contact them by phone and email I had no luck and ordered from Clean Run instead.

Specman, I am sure we are talking about the same company. I just checked this morning and there has been no credit to my account. I will give them to the end of next week and then I will file a fraud claim with my bank. The thing that really frustrates me is the total lack of being able to contact them. Really glad I only orered ten of these and not the case I was going to order to split with friends. :(

Cleanrun.com is the go-to place for "claws." I'm involved in ecommerce for a living, and IMO they are top notch in every way. I think Beau recognizes their boxes, too! Or at least, his nose knows.

I just went through the same thing with a collar and lead I ordered. Took the money out of my account... but no product, no contact, phone numbers didn't work... I had the best luck making contact with them through facebook- maybe see if your company has a facebook page. I was finally refunded a month later, but I can assure you I won't be ordering anything from them ever again.

Sorry to hear that they have not credited you account. I became concerned when my order did not show up like yours. I tried to contact them numerous times by email and phone with no luck.
