Wink a new bag of tricks!!

For the last week and a half I have been house bound with a flare up of my RA and a bad chest cold to boot so my poor Walter has not been getting his walks or his play time with me out side. Even as I sit here at the key board he is banging on the storm door as he always does when he is ready to come in but now when I go to the door to let him in he has one of his tug toys in his mouth and as soon as I open the door he joyfully takes off in a zoomie run to the end of the yard and looks at me with a look that screams, please mom, come out and play with me!!! Even when I was feeling my worst I had to laugh at my smart little boy. My son came over yesterday to check on me and when he came in said, what going on with all the stuff on the porch, Walter had brought every stick twig, toy and rock he could carry and deposited them on the porch, I can only assume, to tempt me to come out and play. What a rascal, but he makes me laugh and thats what matters!!

That's so cute!! I hope you feel better soon; I kind of know what you mean, I overdid it moving my office around at work a bit and wrenched my shoulder so I haven't been able to run for the last few days and it's driving me crazy. Plus, every morning before I go to work I like to get a little bucket of hot soapy water and a cloth and wipe down my walls, doors, baseboards and floors (2 dogs, 2 cats, 3 kids...you get the picture), so I am gingerly doing that with my left hand now, lol. Plus it finally snowed here and it's my favorite time to run! Argghhh, here's hoping both you and I feel much better soon, there is too much fun to be had out there to have to take it easy!

So happy to hear you got your snow but sorry about your shoulder. Thats the first place that flares up with my RA so I know how frustrating it can be. I just keep telling my self and Walter, this too shall pass.

Can totally sympathize! I have 'good' days and 'bad' days too! I know my reason for getting over it is my Molly. Living with a disability is so much easier when you have something/someone else to care for! Hope you feel better soon......Walter is waiting! But just think! He cleaned up the yard for you! What a good boy!!!
