Another great thing is, they cuddle at night and don't feel so lonely when they are separated from their mama!

We are so glad that we made the decision to adopt both of them. They are so very close. It will make their move to our home easier and they are going to be great friends.

I did not mean fully roaming alone around the house. Just being allowed in all parts of the home, but being watched. My guys are very small and I would worry about them in another part of the house without one of us. By everything I have read about poodles, I think they will want to be around us anyway. One of the things we loved about the poodle.

Oh yes a spot bot and a swiffer wet jet are must haves. Poodles are very cuddly but fun loving as well. Having more than one they are sure to get in trouble if they can. Mine range in size from Omar at 6 1/2 lbs to Penelope at 3 lbs 4 oz. I always know when they are up to something as they disappear from sight for longer than 2 seconds. Lol. They are a blast and a blessing in our family.

Penelope is just a wee little thing. LOL, about knowing they are up to no good when they have been gone for two seconds. Did you adopt through Wind Song Poodles also?

No. My older 3 came from Hurd about poodles in warren. We had 4 from Linda Hurd and lost Lila in February. I had always wanted a black and white parti poodle. I like little ones but was a bit leery of a teacup. I could not have been more wrong. She is a tiny sprite with a huge personality. Drove 19 hours round trip to South Carolina to meet the breeder and see her home. Well worth it. We are thrilled with her. I would not hesitate to get one of Jude's though as she runs a first class kennel.

Thank you for that. It was actually pretty traumatic for us all as she had a heart attack in front of the other dogs and us. She did not suffer but it was shocking as we had no idea she was ailing.

Congrats on your fur babies. They will bring you much joy. Those little ones are so cuddly and smart. I have 2 toys that have the run of my 6500 sq ft house, even when I am not home. I tried to use an exercise pen when they were puppies but they screamed bloody murder. I got them 3 months apart. They both had the run of the house around 2-3 months. Gucci was potty trained in 1 week. Miu Miu took a bit longer. I think she got lost and couldn't find her wee wee pad. It took her 2 months. They never get into any trouble when I'm not home. Umm, except when I go on vaca. They got angry and tore my carpet apart. I think they sleep most of the time when we are not home. I should get a web cam too to peek in on them.
