Default Santa Claus left me this book

in 1965 (when I was five years old)

http://www.amazon.com/Playtime-poodl...1649997&sr=8-3

the story is about a family of poodles who are very human like. Each page has a poodle dressed in clothes and posed with items.

I call it early indoctrinization (my mom was a poodle fan).

How neat, I would love to have a book like that.

I just paid a decent amount for a poodle grooming book off ebay. It's from the 1950's or 60's and you can tell it's all hand drawn and copies, lots of intersting styles I've never seen or heard off.... very neat.

Default I don't still have it.

I once tried to get a copy. I won an auction on Ebay and it never arrived.

I keep meaning on someday getting a copy still. I have seen good deals on it (the link I gave is overpriced!)

Probably when your Mom/Santa gave it to you it was very reasonably priced. To bad that you don't still have it. It's funny how we have all had certain things as a child, that we end up getting rid of, then later in life say "Gee I wish I still had that".
