I have fed it to my German Shepherd and it's the only food that helped her gain weight. I could never get her to put on weight and she's so lean. She's also very active so i love the food!
She's also a picky eater and can't seem to get enough of this stuff.
There are three flavors -Aidan, which do you use? Have you noticed a difference in using the flavors? I got the Buffalo one but was looking at the fish one...
Taste of the Wild is one of the grain free kibble that I rotate for my spoos. Their favorite is Wetlands, followed by Pacific Stream and the High Prairie is their least favorite.
Poodle lover - do you notice any one of the three being easier to digest? How about gas? Wrigley has had such terrible gas on his current food and so I've been doing the yogurt with it, but when I got on totw website, many people who were using the product talked about how it helped gas... would you agree?
I definitely think I'll try one of the other flavors next go around as I am hearing more about them.
I have been feeding my momma Chi and litter the High Prairie and so far she has gained weight and the puppies are healthy and fat! I have just started feeding it to my it Pit Bull who has skin issues and they have all but disappeared. The HP has the highest fat and caloric count with less fiber.Once I hope make a switch with my whole pack by the fall.
I just started feeding Kait a mixture of Taste of Wild(salmon) and Blue Buffalo. I was kind of nervous about the high protein content, which is why she's getting a mixture. so far, so good...
