Hi there! Thanks for replying to my intro post. I see that you have a Tintlet dog - they are high on my list! They are actually the only ones I have heard good things about in NC - do you have any other recommendations? I see one place online that always seems to have a lot of puppies available....they look cute but that worries me a little.

I just wanted to thank you for defending Pit Bulls on that one thread. I've known and loved so many, it is really a shame that they have such a bad reputation.

I am looking for a dog that can work with kids that have autism. I have done some research and I feel a mini poodle would be great for my needs. Not sure to go w a young or older pup or a youndg adult ( any thoughts). I am thinking a male.color not such a factor. I have trained 3 therapy dogs in the past (sheltie, yorkie and a whippet) This dog will have big shoes to fill. I can't go into it hear to indepth but needs to be a very even tempered dog. Will hopefully be on the road promoting dogs in the autistic classrooms. I also want to do agility and obed trails for fun and stress reducution. I also plan to train towards a service dog but at this will not be registered as a service dog. I have a female poodle mix that is resource agressive that is why I am considering a male to avoid any dominace problems. Any thoughts or suggestions would greatly be appreciated. Also I heard color can play a role in trainablilty and thoughts on this? Thanks,

Thank you! She has the most beautiful personality to go with her prettiness. I feel so blessed to get to have her in my life for the short time that I do.
