As most people know, East Texas is not known for it's snow. So for us it was a special treat to have it snow on Christmas and stay around long enough for us to play in it.

I was able to get some pictures of my Angel at play in the snow. As you can see she was having a wonderful time and just exuded joy!

I hope you enjoy her as much as I enjoyed her play that day.

Look at her! What a doll. The look on her face in that 5th (I think) photo is priceless. I think I like it so much because my silver girl makes that same expression (right down the body language) when she's in full out blissful play mode. Great photos. Thanks for sharing!

Thanks for the kind words everyone! Yes she had an absolute ball that day.

The first pic of her is Christmas night. It had rained buckets all day and then started snowing. So Miss Angel to whom rain is a no no was unsure about the white stuff. But as she was out in it, she changed her mind.

I had spent 5 hours the day before Christmas making her beautiful and because my camera was charging to get ready for Christmas, I didn't get any pictures. The first thing in the morning when she HAD to go out, raining or not and all of that groom job went byebye. :P
So at least I got some great snow pics to make up for not getting any of the Beautiful poodle that I had planned. Since the snow was on the ground for 3 days straight, our old wives tales say it will snow again this season, so Ridetilupuke, send some on down! I would gladly have some more to enjoy. HEHE
And Yes the 5th pic in the first set, is one that I am going to enlarge and put up on my wall to enjoy! It is my absolute favorite and is so Angel!

Your pretty Angel has so much fun in the snow, she really ought to get to enjoy it more often. So, why don't you just send her up north to me in New Jersey?! I'd love see her happy face and athletic body dashing around our property, and I promise to send you lots of photos!! Angel looks like she knows it snows just so poodles can have fun. Great pictures, there's no better sight than a poodle having fun.

Lucky dog (and beautiful too.) I'm in Houston and my Shasta has never seen snow. Perhaps it is time for a road trip north. But how far would we have to drive?
