Thank you!

We are definitely feeling that special cozy feel. Baked cookies, had cocoa, watching the snow...and enjoying all those puppy kisses. I much rather have all this snow over sleet and heavy rain. Not fun.

She is almost 2 years old so she is certainly trained but I knew having one as tiny as her was going to be a challenge when we get a lot of snow. I wanted to pee pad her in the house but I lost to hubby who said she can go out with the other dogs. Yes but they are a little taller and used to the weather.
Jude suggested I stick with the pad during this storm. They are so little though, so I think I might stick with it until the winter is over. It would be nice to have them do both, that way when it is bad weather they can go on the pad.

I can picture Penelope standing there with a perplexed look.

My daughter trained her yorkie to do both. It is great.he just runs down to laundry room when he needs to. So much easier. Really kicking myself but when we got Omar and Lila almost 14 years ago people didn't have pee pads and nobody liked newspaper so there were not a lot of options. Then once they were trained and Maggie came along we couldn't retrain them. Bummer. I put the pee pad down in the hope that Penelope will remember it from the breeders. It has been almost a year so I might be asking a lot. Lol.
