Default Corn on paws

Harry has what looks like a corn on one of his paws.
Any thoughts?

I fear that is a tall order with Harry! He is a bit of a wriggler and only one pair of hands.

The corn is not in the middle of the pad. its on the inner corner /by the middle. Hard. white blob. I poke a bit as originally not sure if it was just a bit of white gunk picked up on a walk. a bit fell off but then could see the skin part exposed so decided to leave alone
