Aria threw up a whole sock just now! What is mostly upsetting is, she showed NO sign of it being inside her. It had to have happened yesterday because she was at work with me all day today. We woke up for work and I let her out of her crate let her out to potty and then we went straight to work. I fed her when we got to work and she ate all her food and and was in FINE Spirit all day. And then all f a sudden she threw up a whole sock. Again, she feels as if nothing happened. Now I'm paranoid. I feel like a horrible poodle momma :-( I don't leave her unattended and most of the time she is leashed too me or crated. But there are times I let her loose and occasionally she slips out of sight the minute something else has my attention. It was just a HUGE reminder that you can't relax for a second with a puppy

You are very lucky. I am so glad she threw it up and feels fine. Dogs love socks and it is a common thing for them to eat. Don't feel bad, as you say it takes about two seconds for a puppy to find trouble.

Hope she doesn't do that again you are lucky she threw it up! Don't feel bad puppies do bizarre things sometimes, part of puppyhood. Just watch her and make sure she is eating and pooping normally for a couple of days.

Sometimes I think poodles must be related to goats. Hope Aria is doing well.

I have nothing like this happend with poodle, but quite a few similar incidents with Beagle- who loved socks... He once swallowed the compression stocking that belong to my friend, and we had no idea until it came out as one piece through the other end 2-3 days later. That was really scary... You are very lucky, and watch out....
