You did not offend me. Not as much as these ads did, anyways.

No one else uses this computer besides me. Our children are allowed to browse through a few websites that we've pre-approved. This forum was one of them.

I know how to check where this computer has been...

Besides, that is not how computer ads work.

I use Safari. I work on a MacBook. I don't like any other browser. I'm not going to install a different browser just for this.

I know there are ways to block these, but that is not my point. I thought this was a family-oriented forum. Pets are always a subject for the entire family. If filters need to be used here as well... It is like going to a kindergarten class and covering your child's ears, so they won't hear the teacher swearing.

Here's a question... What is the limit??? What if one day you'd see a porn ad in here? But of course, you'd say that would never happen, because the forum owners would never allow it. So there really is control over what type of ads are being run.

Like I said, I've owned multiple websites, and four of them had paid ads and also per-click ads. I would never have allowed such advertisements on my websites. Many of them would also have a store, and I wouldn't have wanted to lose costumers over an ad that was inappropriate. I know a bit on this topic.

We do not allow our children to visit sites where filters are needed, and we ourselves end up not visiting such sites. Maybe I am alone on this, on this forum anyways.
