Could be as simple as a raging Urinary Tract Infection (UTI). If you have experianced this yourself, you will recognize how painful it can be. I would get her to a vet ASAP. A UTI is easly correctable, but not as home at this stage.

Peeing blood. Peeing very often in small amount. Signs of bladder stones. There is probably blockage. How long has she been showing these signs? If this is a male dog, it's an EMERGENCY. Having stone blockage and not being able to urinate is a LIFE THREATENING EMERGENCY for male dogs. For female dog, if she doesn't cry, you can probably wait till the next morning but it does require medical attention.
Your dog needs medical attention.
I had a male dog that suffered from bladder stones so I know this too well.
Good luck. Sending lots of positive vibes your way.

Any time there's blood in the pee or red blood in the poop, immediate medical care is needed.
