Howdy from DFW Texas
My name is Tristan and I LOVE poodles! This is the first time I've been in a poodle forum.
I've owned a poodle before name "Molly" and we had her for a wonderful 16 years. She was a black miniature and had to be put down last Christmas (2011) due to cancer.  On a lighter note I just recently got a new poodle! I decided to try out a standard size this time. I ended up getting a black standard poodle puppy and we named her "Allie". We got her at 10 weeks old and she is currently 4.5 months old. BAD NEWS Yesterday I was playing with her and held her duck toy in the air for her to jump up and grab. She got the duck all right, but unfortunately she landed wrong and injured her leg. Now it is broken. I decided to join a poodle forum for extra information. I will be posting her Xray in the poodle pictures section of the forum soon. |

 So sorry your Baby is injured! It looks like a growth plate is involved? Wow, I hope it heals well. I know growth plate injuries can be tricky. Hoping the best for your Baby!!!! What does your Vet say?
