Thank you CT Girl. PMs indicating a thread or a post I may have missed would be appreciated. Posts can also be reported using the icon on the left side of each post (red triangle thingy), but the problem with that method on a weekend is that the reports go to my email address at work and unless I have a reason to log onto my work email remotely, I won't see reports until I get back to my desk on Monday. It's not a perfect system, and we're doing what we can with what we've got.

Thanks again!!

If you think I have a bias against a certain person or group of individuals, that is up to you. Nothing I will say will change that.

This is rather disturbing!

You own this forum, yet you say you do not know anyone here. I don't know anyone here through PM's or email, and only know a few on FB where PF is not discussed but everyday life things are. I know people on this forum by being here and reading threads.

Do you not read threads on your own forum to keep up with what is going on? I am sure the answer to that is a resounding NO. If you did, you would be familiar with what is what and who is who and would have no problem in choosing a handful of possible and unbiased moderators. I could chose a handful right now because I am here and I know who they are.

You obviously can't be biased since you have not taken the time to get to know the people on your own forum. So you are, instead, derelict in monitoring your own forum; which I find just as bad.

You have no idea that there is bias or where it is because you don't read your forum. So, how can you possibly effectively remedy this?

I think I would have to agree with this.
The other issue that I have is there are threads on this forum that are contentious against "Others" outside the "circle" That are still on here, hurtful and mean threads. Why are these not removed? They are mentioned alot in the threads of those "inside" the "Circle" And yet nothing is done ? So this is why, what you are saying is beginning to make alot of sense. Personally i cannot understand why anyone would voluntarily want to participate in such a thing? I think that is why you cannot find Mods for your forum . Perhaps you could choose from "Inside " the "Circle" All would be well...
