We're going to meet a rescue dog, about 1 year old, this week-end. Do you have suggestions on how to know if it's the right dog for us? Is it harder to bond with an older puppy? I'd love to hear your thoughts.

Just wondering how things are going in your two-poodle household? I haven't been on the Forum as consistently as I was once upon a time, though I've hopped back on the past few days. I was thinking I haven't seen posts from you lately, maybe because I've missed them or you've been otherwise busy.
So, I am just popping up to say "hi," and "I hope all's well," and "how are you doing with grooming?" I may soon take the leap and learn to shave at least Chagall's face. Heck, it'll soon be summer and I'll be doing my own legs so I might as well take a shaver to him too!! lol!
Think of you often because I use the PF calendar everyday, it always makes me smile!
Thank you, Skye. I love her to pieces. I've wanted a standard my whole life. I'd never even seen one as a puppy until I got her. I don't know why I have a heart left, because it melts every time I look into her pretty little eyes. I'm just bursting with love for her!
