Right there with you guys! I had lost a lot of weight thanks to a Crohns flareup then started feeling better and could eat a bit again so what do I do? - Ice Cream! Ribs! Chips!. Not only am I now heavier than I would like to be, these foods are not EXACTLY what my gastro recommends haha. I just need to get back on track with eating healthier, and working out. So far I've found Jillian Michael's 30 day shred dvd to be a killer, as is Biggest Loser's Yoga for Weightloss dvd.
